CENTRAL POINT, ORE—Microvellum continues to grow as it adds eight new members to its diverse team! This growth provides continued support for the company as demand for its products increases throughout the North American, Europe and Australasian markets.
“We are proud to have a crew that lives our three core values; to be authentic, create positive outcomes and deliver rock-solid service, through and through each day," says David Fairbanks, President of Microvellum Software.
The following individuals may have unique backgrounds, capabilities and experience, but they all have one thing in common—they are an asset to Microvellum and the company is excited to have them on board. Introducing,
RJ Pranski, Product Training Analyst (US), started his career in cabinetry over 20 years ago, working as an apprentice on the shop floor. He quickly realized he had a passion for the trade. From there, Pranski pursued furthering his skills as a lead builder and installer. In 2013, he became a lead engineer working with Microvellum software for a cabinet manufacturer in southern California. The knowledge and experience gained from those roles has lead him to his current position as a Product Training Analyst.
"I am excited to be part of the team that will provide training and insight to help our clients’ continued growth and success."
Colin Bailey, Field Services and Technical Support Specialist (UK), is a creative person who loves to be innovative and cultivate new things. With a degree in Fine Art and a background in art, design, carpentry, joinery and Microvellum itself, he has gained in-depth industry and software experience.
"I am eager to use my professional experiences to support our clients on their journey with their software."
Eddyjohn Cox, Field Services and Technical Support Specialist (AU), has had an interest in technical drawing, drafting and woodcraft since high school. This lead him to choose a trade as a shopfitter joiner. For the past 20 years, Cox has honed his skills using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and CNC machinery to build, design and innovate cabinetry to fit the customer brief and space required. He believes the devil's in the detail and if you miss the smallest detail, you miss the big picture.
"At Microvellum, I get to capture every pixel of my interests day-to-day and help others solve problems in creative ways."
Jack Gardiner, Field Services and Technical Support Specialist (AU), has been in the woodworking industry for 25 years, a cabinet maker by trade. He began specializing in making solid timber furniture and continued as a machine operator, assembler, installer, estimator and draftsman. As a small business owner manufacturing built/walk-in wardrobes, Gardiner was introduced to Microvellum software.
"I believe my vast exposure to the industry and experiences in wood product manufacturing have prepared me for my role as a service provider at Microvellum.”
Kristina Swiney, Field Services and Technical Support Specialist (US), has always had a passion for math and providing solutions in every situation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, thinking she would end up at an aerospace company; however, after college Swiney found her true passion for woodworking. She worked for two different cabinet shops using Microvellum’s software and went on to open her own drafting business.
"I find joy in helping others learn new ways to streamline the way they work."
Stephen Lankford, Software Developer (US), feels alive through a great challenge, rewarding hard work and the pursuit of knowledge. He loves to set goals and achieve them, whether they be emotional, physical, or mental feats. Recently, Lankford earned two bachelor’s degrees and now dedicates his education and prior life experiences to making a positive impact at Microvellum Software.
"I work with an amazing team that is truly dedicated to helping people learn and making a positive impact on our users' experience."

Kristi Snapp, Accounting Specialist (US), is an accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in data and business management, documentation, compliance and more, under client and customer-facing organizations.
