CENTRAL POINT, ORE—Microvellum Software is proud to introduce new hardware mounting options from Star Hanger, now included in the latest release of the Foundation cabinet library.
This update brings rail mounts for angled panels and toe kicks, providing versatile installation choices—either mount the panels directly to the cabinet sides or use rails. With new fastening options, adjustable (X, Y) coordinates, and lift-off clearance adjustments, positioning hardware is now more streamlined than ever.
Side Mounts:
The Star Hanger 325 Zero Side Mount strikes a balance between securely holding the panel in place and allowing for easy removal without the need for tools. It’s ideal for false drawers, end scribes, cabinet soffits, and ADA under-sink units.
Rail Mounts:
The Star Hanger 227 Galaxy is the lightest-duty option among the four multi-strength fasteners. It’s designed as a snap-in fastener for 1/2" to 3/4" wood panels, allowing 1/8" of movement for expansion and contraction. It securely holds larger panels while accommodating greater movement.
The Star Hanger 350 Lock mounts panels to furring or sheetrock. It’s a compression wood insert fastener, used to securely mount any panel directly to either the panel or the furring.
The Star Hanger 400 NZ Clip is designed to replace aluminum clips. Made from high-strength reinforced nylon, it is stronger than the Aluminum Z while maintaining the same size.
The Star Hanger fasteners are available now in the Foundation Library builds 24.0607 and above.
Star Hanger fasteners are versatile, making it easy and reliable to panel walls or ceilings, assemble furniture, and hang other interior fittings. They offer a fast, secure, and discreet panel mounting system, designed for quick and dependable installation.
