What to Consider When Investing in New CAD/CAM Software

Woodworking has been a long-time passion of mine. That passion has allowed me to transition from the shop floor, to managing an engineering department and now, to the technological side of woodworking. As a technology advocate at Microvellum Software, I’ve been able to share my passion and experience with others, to help them hone their skills, win more business and streamline the way work!

I am a cabinet maker by trade currently working with one of the leaders in cabinet manufacturing software to help provide training and insight from a user's perspective. I have been building and installing cabinets since 1999 and a user of Microvellum since 2013. I have a passion for the trade and educating others about the power and versatility Microvellum software can provide.

I started my journey in the millwork industry 13 years ago programming casework with Microvellum. I pushed myself to understand the logic of Microvellum and developed a passion for creating custom libraries – ranging from products to formula-driven materials. I am focused on sharing the knowledge and perspective that I have acquired using Microvellum, learning every day from the unique challenges that engineers face in a high pace ever-changing environment.
