Two-Track, Hands on Training

This workshop will feature , allowing attendees to focus on the software most relevant to their role. Please review each workshop description carefully and register for the room that best aligns with your needs.

Onboarding in INNERGY Workshop Description:

This Workshop has been created to assist INNERGY Champions within a company in sharpening their INNERGY skills to get their organization onboarded. This will be a hands-on workshop where you will be in your instance of INNERGY.

This Workshop emphasizes finishing key Onboarding tasks, creating Standard Operating Procedures, and preparing to go live with certain Milestones in INNERGY when you get back to the office. 

The goal of the Workshop is to give you an overview of INNERGY start to finish, while emphasizing the critical path training needed to go live with Managing Opportunities, Managing Work Orders, Purchasing, and Time Tracking. Below is what you can expect will be covered during the workshop, in the chronological order these concepts are covered:

  1. Sales Workflow

  2. Managing Opportunities

  3. Takeoff Basics

  4. Sales to Project Management Handoff

  5. Creating Work Orders from the Budget, with Products

  6. Creating Work Orders without a Budget

  7. Importing Projects with Custom Products, representing the Budget

  8. Importing Projects without Products

  9. Managing Work Orders

  10. Date Management

  11. BoM Status

  12. Workflow Status

  13. Work Order Tags & Work Order Custom Fields

  14. Custom View Configuration

  15. RFI Management

  16. Bottleneck Report

  17. How to prepare for the Workload Meeting

  18. How to prepare for the Production Meeting

  19. How to read the Bottleneck Report

  20. SOP Creation for Work Order Management – documenting your organization’s procedures for all the items above. This SOP will be distributed to your organization when you get back to the office.

Prerequisites:

  1. Ideally, you will attend the Workshop as part of your onboarding process.

  2. INNERGY customers who have been with us for a while are more than welcome - in fact, feel free to send new employees to the Workshop for a crash course on INNERGY.

  3. Watch the Change Management webinar and fill out the Change Management Questionnaire.

  4. Ideally, your organization will have completed the Initial Setup Checklist and General Navigation homework.

  5. It is suggested that you and your organization read “” by Eli Goldratt.

Objectives:

As a result of this course, you will leave our workshop with:

  1. Action items to complete your Onboarding of INNERGY.

  2. A plan for creating and maintaining SOP Documents.

  3. Several Onboarding Milestones either started or completed, and dates entered to the Target fields in the Onboarding area of INNERGY.

  4. Information needed to go live with certain Onboarding Milestones when you get back to the office.

  5. A better understanding of the software and how the various modules connect with each other.

  6. Reinforcement of the Kotter Change Model and its application to your organization, with an emphasis on reducing resistance to change.This Workshop has been created to assist Toolbox customers in providing their employees with skills to learn the fundamentals of the software. This will be a hands-on workshop where you will work in a standalone fresh copy of the Foundation Library.

This Workshop emphasizes in teaching people the essential skills to create jobs, modify products to suit, and process to the factory floor ready for manufacture.

The goal of the Workshop is to provide an overview of Toolbox screen to machine, while emphasizing the critical path training needed to go live back in the factory. Below is what you can expect will be covered during the workshop:

  1. Creating Projects

  2. Drawing Walls and Products

  3. Controlling Products via Subassemblies

  4. Custom Machining via 2D Part Editor

  5. Part Manipulation via Part Properties

  6. Shop Drawing Skills

  7. Processing Work Orders

  8. Managing Toolfiles, Processing Stations and Materials

 Prerequisites

  1. You have contacted your Toolbox representative to have a local copy of the Foundation Library installed onto your laptop.

  2. Toolbox customers who have been with us for a while are more than welcome! In fact, feel free to send new employees to the Workshop for a crash course on Toolbox. A temporary license can be installed onto a laptop so not to disrupt the factory.

Objectives

As a result of this course, you will leave our workshop with:

  1. Familiarity with Toolbox.

  2. Ability to get to work in designing jobs, processing work orders and creating shop drawings.

  3. Many tips and tricks learned from conversations with industry peers.
     

  1. Please bring your laptop, chargers & mouse.
