Lunch & Learn: Operational Finance | Field Mapper Part 2 (Version 1.1)

Description:

Intermediate. Simpler to Use, Fuller Capabilities, Extensive Auditing

Everything you saw in 1.0, now simpler to use, with fuller capabilities and far deeper auditing for AP, AR, and payroll. Version 1.0 mapped your exports. Version 1.1 finishes the job: every export checked, sorted, and totaled before it goes out, hours pulled straight from INNERGY, California rules calculated for you, and time cards ready to sign.

You've seen the Field Mapper turn INNERGY exports into import-ready files. Version 1.1 goes further. It pulls time tracking straight from INNERGY, handles California payroll, prints time cards for sign-off, and lets you audit every number before it leaves your hands. Join us for 30 minutes to see what's new and how much time it gives back.

What you'll see

  • Pull time tracking straight from INNERGY. No export, no download, no hunting for the right file.

  • Upgrade without rebuilding. Download the new version, select Import from Previous Version, and every mapping and setting comes with you.

  • California payroll, built in. Daily overtime and double time, the 7th consecutive day rule, and meal penalties, calculated automatically.

  • Time cards ready to sign. One page per employee, printed or emailed, matching your payroll export to the hundredth.

  • Audit before you export. AP, AR, or payroll: sort, group, subtotal, and add calculated columns on the Output Preview, then export it exactly as you've shaped it for reporting.

  • Smarter mapping. Type your import fields without a template file, and set fallbacks such as "use Project External Id, and if it's blank, use the project name."

  • Easier every day. Tick to load, rename, or delete mappings, jump anywhere in the Instructions, and see every change on the new Versions tab.

Who should attend: anyone who sends INNERGY AP, AR, or payroll data to another system. Bring your questions; the last 10 minutes are yours.
