Blane Knutson, Project Manager speaks on behalf of the staff, “Working on local jobs like the Connexus Credit Union is always exciting for the staff. Our shop employees take pride in all they do, especially when they can see the results of their work so close to home”
CWWC knows the value of using the latest in machinery and technology for all of its jobs. Utilizing Microvellum Software they are able to work more efficiently and are able to stay on budget for each project they do. Microvellum was used for the entire project’s design work and during production they cut their parts on their Schelling saw, Bussellato Jet 4000 and a new Biesse Roxyl 5.5 Edgebander.
“We used Microvellum Software exclusively for the design and fabrication of the project. It was one of our first big attempts at making a lot of radiused parts. It worked great. The odd shapes involved with this project were simply made by making panels and applying the lines for G-Code to be made. The draftsman was able to take the architectural drawings and convey back to the architect our intent for manufacturing product. The fit and form of the final product was fabulous. It was great for the company to have things go right the first time. We owe it to Microvellum Software for the advantage of staying on time and on budget. Without it, we would have been doomed.” Blane Knutson, Project Manager.
