Yan's passion for the woodworking industry was ignited in his younger years, as he recalls helping his father in a modest basement workshop. This early exposure laid the foundation for his journey in the field.  In 2001, Yan began his professional woodworking journey, starting at the shop floor, and gradually working his way to programming. His hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of the industry have made him an asset for the Microvellum team and users around the world. 

One of Yan's core beliefs is that Microvellum has no limitations in tackling even the most extensive projects. As he puts it,

"My favorite aspect of Microvellum is that there's not a project too small or too big for Microvellum. Clients can achieve better results with less time and fewer errors using Microvellum."
