Technical Support Agents work to satisfy the needs of Microvellum customers around the world. They are the first line of communication when an issue or question arises and must be able to multitask well to solve problems and meet deadlines. Support Agents work on a team, each working collaboratively to resolve open issues and ensure 100% satisfaction is achieved with each engagement.

Sales Engineers play an important role in ensuring prospective clients gain a clear understanding of how our software can help them. They use their technical skills to explain the benefits of Microvellum products or services to prospective clients.This may include software demonstrations, process documentation, and/or guidance on specific functionality.
Successful Sales Engineers have a seasoned understanding of wood product manufacturing and Microvellum Software.
Sales Executives are the key point of contact between Microvellum and our prospective clients. They answer inquires, provide advice and introduce solutions to clients. Their work includes organizing sales visits, demonstrating software, presenting solutions, and managing the sales of new business within their territories.
As a Sales Executive, you are part of a team that collaboratively works to grow the community of Microvellum users. Successful Sales Executives have a deep understanding of wood product manufacturing processes as well as a seasoned understanding of Microvellum software.
Library Data Developers play a critical role in the development and product support teams. They work collaboratively to develop new and maintain existing libraries of dynamic cabinetry, closets, office furniture, and other types of products that are used by Microvellum end-users. They are responsible for the integration of materials, cabinet fasteners, and other various hardware from third-party partners, as well as providing product library data support for users from around the world.
Successful candidates should have a seasoned understanding of wood product manufacturing, AutoCAD, MS Excel formula logic, and Microvellum Software applications.
