CANCELLATION POLICY: Participants who cancel their registration, in writing (acknowledged receipt of the cancellation from AWI must be received by the participant) at five (5) business days before the first scheduled day of the event will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Participants may not receive a refund for an event if cancellation (no-show or withdrawal) is received four (4) business days, or less, prior to the first scheduled day of the event. *********************************** PHOTO RELEASE: By registering for this event, all participants acknowledge Microvellum representatives and employees have the right to take photographs and/or video of Participants and of any property in connection with convention event. Microvellum is authorized and its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. It is agreed that Microvellum may use such photographs or videos of Participants with or without Participants name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. ********************************* ASSUMPTION OF RISKS RELEASE: By submitting this registration to this convention, Participants agree to the following: Included in this Microvellum Event are events taking place on and off-site, such as, but not limited to area tours, manufacturing plant tours, team building, etc… Participants acknowledge the Assumption of Risks. As Participants and/or the authorized representative of the members of the family (“Participant”), who may wish to participate in events on & off site and may engage in one or more of these events, it's understood that any of the events could have inherent risks and dangers, and that participating in these events may put Participants at risk of serious injury or illness. These dangers include but are not limited to: risk-creating weather conditions and variations in terrain; traffic accidents, accidents by other participants; failure to follow safety procedures, or to stay within ability or control; limits or defects in the events Facilities. Participants are also aware that hazards may exist throughout the Facilities, may be unmarked and occur without warning, and that, although helpful and recommended, safety equipment, proficiency checks, supervision and enforcement of rules do not and cannot guarantee Participant's safety. Participants must be able to perform the essential functions required to participate in the tours & events and be freely and voluntarily participating in the tours or events and the use of the Facilities. By completing the registration, I REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS DOCUMENT, AM OF SOUND MIND, HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY, AND FREELY ACCEPT AND FULLY ASSUME THE RISK THAT I CAN SUFFER PROPERTY DAMAGE, ILLNESS, SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY OR EVEN DEATH BY PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENTS, not only in the ways described above, but also in ways that are unknown, and unexpected, even if I follow instructions, training or advice.
