  • We will be having a family night on Tuesday and a customer appreciation dinner on Thursday. However at this time there are no plans for a group outing before or after Bootcamp.

  • To generate your request code, you will need to go to the splash screen for the product that you are trying to activate.
    There you will see a button labeled "Enter Serial Number". Click that button and the activation screen will appear. In the authorization box you will see two options - "activate via the internet" and "Obtain authorization code by phone or email". The first option does not require an activation code. The second option does. Click the Obtain authorization code by phone or email radio button. Read me the request code...
    Once this is processed, you will open this window again and paste in the Authorization Code that you will be sent.
