Contacting Microvellum Support
To call a Microvellum Support specialist dial 1-800-204-0913. Before you call, please make sure that you know your case number if you are calling about an existing issue. If you are calling about a new support issue, you will be issued a case number. This case number is unique to your specific support issue. By having your case number ready, you will reduce the amount of time it takes to get your questions answered.

Technical Support on the Web
Your Microvellum Technical Support contact entitles you to an unlimited amount of questions submitted via the Web, at any time. You will receive a response within a few hours, if your question is submitted Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5 PM (PST). If your question is submitted after hours, you will receive a response on the next business day.

Internet Based Support
GoToMeeting delivers a complete Internet conferencing solution This powerful tool enables Microvellum support staff to logon to your computer and actually take over your computer to resolve issues. GoToMeeting is also a great tool for Internet based training. GoToMeeting works with your company’s existing security and firewalls. No network or firewall configuration is necessary. Organizers and attendees can meet without the hassle of configuring IP addresses or firewall settings.
