Create Orders with Ease and Accuracy
Order entry in SellingPoint Sales Edition is organized to make creating an order fast. Details for any aspect of the order are only a single click away. Adding products to the order is where SellingPoint Sales Edition really saves time and makes real-time estimating in the field a reality. When customizing products for the order, validation rules incorporated into the catalog by engineers at the company are constantly evaluating the final product. The validation rules verify that the product can be manufactured without problem. If a product option is changed that makes the product invalid, you are quickly notified as to where the problem is. At the same time, pricing is dynamically calculated so an accurate estimate can be offered on-site.

Attach Files to Orders
There are times when it is specifically convenient to attach files to an order that can be transferred back to the company. These can be any type of file, including AutoCAD, Excel, Word, or Acrobat files. These files are kept with the order/job through out the whole process, even manufacturing.

Dynamic Order Options
Quickly adjust the price of an order by entering either a fixed amount or percentage in the discount field, and all prices in the order will be instantly adjusted. If using a Microvellum Library, the company can provide a custom order options interface making it possible to enter data peculiar to the company. Additionally, global values can be set through these options such as all cabinets in the order having a certain style door.

Work From a SellingPoint Product Catalog or Directly From a Microvellum Library
When creating orders, use SellingPoint product catalogs for maximum flexibility across the internet and networks. Quickly download an up-to-date catalog from a SellingPoint Online web store and be automatically notified when that web store is updated with a new catalog. If the internet is not available, SellingPoint Sales Edition can read directly from a Microvellum Library located on the local machine or across a local area network.
