Each visitor to a SellingPoint Online web store will be able to browse freely and evaluate the product line. But when it comes time to placing an order, SellingPoint captures their contact information and creates and account through which the company and customer can manage their account. This allows a customer to change their contact information at any time, retrieve their password, review their account and history of orders.
