– February 2,
2009 – Microvellum, Inc. today announced that Dave Peel,
President of Microvellum, Inc has accepted
WoodLINKS nomination as President of the Board
of Directors of WoodLINKS USA. Dave will assume
this role as Board President starting February
1, 2009 and take over from the previous
President Dr. Paul Winistorfer, Professor and
Department Head at Virginia Tech.
Microvellum has been a long
time supporter of industry education and will
continue to be a loyal supporter of WoodLINKS
USA through providing software to WoodLINKS
schools and teachers. With more than twenty
years experience in the wood industry, Dave
feels privileged to take on this role and will
continue his proactive leadership working right
along with WoodLINKS National Director Mark
Smith and the Board of Directors, in fulfilling
the mission of the WoodLINKS organization. |
