The "Utilities" command will allow you to access features in the Library Designer mode.  The options available are:

Show Common Parts Library

This option will display the Common Parts Library file.  (Please see Common Parts Library for more information.)

Build Library from Library Designer

This option will build a new library from the library designer.  (Please see Library Designer for more information.)

Rebuild Job from Library

This option will rebuild any products highlighted using your current library.  This can be useful if you made changes to your products that ended up being incorrect but you don't want to delete the products from your job.  Highlighting the products you want to change and using this option will re-import them from your library with the default parameters.
