Pro Phase / Release Manager
The Phase and Release Manager gives you the ability to control what products are in your phases and how you want to release the products in the job for manufacturing. When you select the "Phase/Release Manager" option in the Product List Context menu, a sub-menu will be displayed with the following commands. Copy Selected Product(s) to Another Phase This option will copy the selected the products from the current phase to another phase. After selecting the products you want to copy to a different phase (and selecting this option), a menu will be displayed with all the current phases in the job. Select the phase you want to copy the products to. Move Selected Product(s) to Another Phase This option will move the selected products from the current phase to another phase. After selecting the products you want to move to a different phase (and selecting this option), a menu will be displayed with all the current phases in the job. Select the phase you want to move the products to. Hide Products Already Released to Production After releasing all or some of the products in the job, you may want to hide these products from the Product List. Selecting this option will hide all the products that have already been released into production. This option will only work if, after processing a job, you make a record of the release. Re-selecting this option will unhide all the products that have been released. Sort Current Phase After adding products into your job, it is possible to sort through the products in a specific release by selecting the "Sort Current Phase" option. Selecting this option will display a dialog box that allows you to sort through your products three different ways. Column one will take priority while sorting the products, then column two followed by column three. All three columns give you the option to sort the list in ascending or descending order. Clear Release Dates from Selected Product(s) After releasing products into production and making a record of the release, all the products that were released will have a release time and date. Selecting the "Clear Release Dates from Selected Prodcuts" option will clear that record. |
