Pro Edit Product List
The menu option "Edit Product List" will display a secondary menu to change many of the prompts that are available for the product. You will also notice that next to many of the menu options there are "hot key" commands. If you find yourself editing the same prompt for different products, it would be best to learn the hot key for that prompt. Using the hot keys will bring up a dialog box for the selected prompt in order to change it fast and efficiently. The "Edit Product List" menu option can also be used to edit multiple products prompts at once. After highlighting the products you wish to change, you go into the "Edit Product List" menu and select the prompt you want to change. This will change the prompt for all the highlighted products. Add & Remove Prompts Menu Item From the "Edit Product List" menu item you also have the option to add new prompts into your Product List. Select the "Add/Remove Prompts" menu item inside the "Edit Product List" menu item. A screen will be displayed allowing you to add or remove any prompts to your Product List. More Prompts Menu Item Once you have added a new prompt to your Product List, the "More Prompts" option will now be available. This will allow you to change any custom prompt added to the Product List. |
