The "Remove Material from Parts List" command can only be
accessed while on the material column. This will change the material to
a "hard-locked" value and place a "-" (negative) symbol
in front of the material. Any material that has the "-"
(negative) symbol in front of it will not be included in the cut list of the
product once the product is processed. The part will still be displayed
in the Parts List in case you need to re-add it back into the product.
