Pro Starting & Opening a Job
Let's open Overdrive Pro and start a new job. Go to the "File" drop-down menu and select "New Job". The New Job screen will be displayed with your path to your job folders already open. Type in the name of the new job that you wish to start. From this screen you can edit the job information by selecting the "Job Info" button. This will allow you to enter in such things as job number, name, and address. You can even edit some of the job global variables from this screen. After editing the information, select the "Apply" button and then the "OK" button. After that information has been entered, select the "OK" to start the job and display the job's Product List. From the "File" drop-down menu you can also "Open" an existing job and "Delete" a job. The same screen is displayed as the New Job screen. Select the job you wish to open or delete and select the "OK" button. The information that you provide in the job information screen will be stored in your job and used when you are ready to view or print your reports.
