Pro Job Phase Manager
Overdrive Pro and Microvellum Toolbox both contain a "Job Phase Manager" that allows you to set up multiple phases within a job. The "Job Phase Manager" is displayed as a multi-level tree view controlled much like Windows Explorer. You can set as many phases as you need, and can have nested phases up to ten levels deep. The following example shows a job that divides the job by phase, floor, and then by room number.
Each time you select one of the phases in the phase manager tree, the product list changes to display all the products in the phase you selected including all the products in any child phase below the selected phase. For example, if you select Floor 1, you will see all the products in Rooms 101, 102, and 103. If you select Phase 1, you will see all the products in all the rooms on floors 1, 2, and 3. Adding a New Phase To add a new phase from Overdrive Pro, right-click on the "Job Phase Manager" screen. A dialog box will appear that will allow you to add a phase, delete a phase, and rename a phase. To add a nested phase, right-click on the phase in the "Job Phase Manager" you would like to add the nested phase to and select “add a phase”. This will create a new phase inside the selected phase.
