Microvellum Customer Support staff are available from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (PST).  You can send an e-mail to techsupport@microvellum.com at anytime.  We recommend that you have a high-speed connection to the internet for NetMeetings and file downloads.  Microvellum Customer Support staff may require you to send job information to them via e-mail or www.yousendit.com.

Zipping up a Microvellum Job

You can zip up a Microvellum Job using Winzip, or if you have Windows XP you can send the job to a compressed zip folder.  Open up Windows Explorer by right-clicking on the "Start" button in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and selecting the "Explore" option.  Then browse to your “Microvellum Jobs” folder.  By default this path is set to C:Program Files\Microvellum\Jobs, but may be set differently depending on your path options in the Microvellum options.  Right-click on the job folder that you need to zip and select either the "Winzip" menu item and then "Add to zip file", or if you are using Windows XP, select the "Send-To" menu item and then select the "Compressed (zipped) folder" option.  A file or compressed (zipped) folder is now created in the “Microvellum Jobs” folder.  You can now attach that file or folder to an e-mail and send it to Microvellum Technical Support.  If the file is too large for your e-mail service provider and cannot be sent, use the website www.yousendit.com.  This website allows you to upload large files and send an e-mail to your recipient to allow them to download the file.
